{"id":7660,"date":"2022-12-23T10:28:02","date_gmt":"2022-12-23T09:28:02","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.accessafe.eu\/access-goes-to-brazil-for-fiat-pernambuco\/"},"modified":"2024-10-08T19:02:28","modified_gmt":"2024-10-08T17:02:28","slug":"access-goes-to-brazil-for-fiat-pernambuco","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.accessafe.eu\/de\/access-goes-to-brazil-for-fiat-pernambuco\/","title":{"rendered":"Accessafe goes to brazil for Fiat Pernambuco"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em><strong>Fiat ha investito 3 miliardi di reais (circa di 1,3 miliardi di euro) per la realizzazione di una nuova fabbrica nel Complesso Industriale Portuario di Suape, nello Stato di Pernambuco in Brasile, le protezioni perimetrali sono un progetto speciale di Accessafe.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As for all machinery intended for the Brazilian market, Fiat had to install machinery conformant with both the European Machinery Directive 42\/2006 and the local ABNT NBR 213 (NR 12) \u201cSEGURAN\u00c7A NO TRABALHO EM M\u00c1QUINAS E EQUIPAMENTOS\u201d.&#13;\nWe realised that the specific <strong>type B standard NBRNM 272 (formerly 13928) \u201cGeneral design principles for fixed and removable guards\u201d<\/strong> reflects the UNI EN 953 and that the two standards do not differ significantly.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pertanto l\u2019installazione di un prodotto standard Accessafe Penta o Quadra disponibile in magazzino potrebbe essere considerata idonea.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">However, in order to guarantee <strong>maximum safety coefficient<\/strong>, in Pernambuco as well as in other situations, we designed a range of special customised guards which took into account both Fiat&#8217;s well established technical specifications and the environmental conditions of this specific plant.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Although the main mandatory requirements by the customer have been respected, it was necessary to carry out some minor modifications to <strong>Fiat&#8217;s technical specifications A 3000 \/ M55.780469<\/strong> in order to meet the current regulations. Moreover, the following features were assessed : laying height, running conditions, operators&#8216; competence in terms of safety.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Outcome of this work is a fully CE certifiable project with the following special characteristics:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Resilience<\/strong>, 4.0 mm mesh and frame for heavy work and long life<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Easy installation<\/strong>, which takes into account both the length of the fencing system and the lack of experience of local assembly teams<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Captive Screw fixing<\/strong>, in order to obtain CE certification for maintenance areas<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Double ground plate<\/strong> \u2013 extra width for regulation of the posts on irregular surfaces<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Standard Grounding <\/strong>mandatory in Automotive applications<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>FIAT Corporate Blue Colour, Blu RAL 5007<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Accessafe ha consegnato in tre mesi pi\u00f9 di <strong>4500 metri<\/strong> di protezioni grazie all&#8217;acquisizione di nuovi macchinari nel reparto carpenterie affidato all&#8217;azienda di gruppo Officine Citterio, comprese <strong>circa 150 porte a battente<\/strong> dotate di elettro serrature MGB fornite dal nostro partner Euchner.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><em>Accessafe \u00e8 da sempre il solo partner industriale a realizzare protezioni e ripari perimetrali completamente a disegno.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-full\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"647\" height=\"800\" src=\"https:\/\/www.accessafe.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/Access-in-Brasile-per-Fiat-Pernambuco.jpg\" alt=\"Accessafe in Brasile per Fiat Pernambuco\" class=\"wp-image-2886\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.accessafe.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/Access-in-Brasile-per-Fiat-Pernambuco.jpg 647w, https:\/\/www.accessafe.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/Access-in-Brasile-per-Fiat-Pernambuco-243x300.jpg 243w, https:\/\/www.accessafe.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/Access-in-Brasile-per-Fiat-Pernambuco-600x742.jpg 600w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 647px) 100vw, 647px\" \/><\/figure>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Fiat has invested 3 billion Reais (about 1.3 billion Euros) for the realization of a new factory in the Portuario di Suape Industrial Complex, in the State of Pernambuco Brazil.
