The industrial design applied to Access enclosures is aimed at enhancing machinery technological content and employs all available materials to optimize functionality and aesthetics. Access enclosure is a modular systems which can act as a protection casing, noise reduction system, emission management, operator cabin and laser containment.

Modular engineering allows for quick design, industrial production, standard logistics delivery and availability of spare parts from our catalogue. Installation comes with CE certification as per Machinery Directive and other relevant directives along with technical documentation, technical files, operator and maintenance manual and detailed assembly instructions.

Access enclosures can be perfectly integrated with all other Access products such as high-speed doors, modular protections and access control systems, light, ventilation and functional and safety command panels.

FREE STANDING METAL SHEET PROTECTION FOR ROBOTS

The reduction of industrial robots’ working area and the ever growing use of standardized work stations has induced us to design multi-function modular protection systems which are able to integrate the safety guard function with other functions such as smoke a 3D Laser containment, noise reduction and light.

Access designs free standing metal sheet protections which enhance technology through aesthetics.

Our Technical Department creates a perfect functional integration with all the structural elements of the plant as per Machinery Directive 2006/42/CE and other relevant standards putting operator’s safety first and protect them from accidental ejection of working material, from the use of 3D laser devices and from hazardous emissions.

As for all Access products, easy assembly and disassembly are guaranteed to ensure quick maintenance operations and packaging management with modular crates to allow for efficient handling of the components.

SOUND-PROOF AND SOUND-ABSORBING ENCLOSURES

To reduce machinery and industrial plants sound exposure, Access Sound-proof enclosures have been designed and realised with sound-proof and sound-absorbing modular panels in order to ensure sound pressure reduction.

For each of our installations, we can carry out a preventive analysis of noise sources and its propagation towards operators or other machinery. Once installation is completed, conformity of results can be tested by measuring the resulting sound pressure and comparing it with customer’s requirements at the preliminary step.

Access designs sound-proofing systems for acoustics insulation of operators’ work station, tooling machines and plants of all dimensions in all industrial environments by studying in depth integration with machinery process functions.

OPERATOR CONTROL ROOM

Operator’s control room are control workstations from which the operator carries out production monitoring and programming operations. They are designed to guarantee staff’s optimal comfort and well-being. At a preliminary design phase the following issues are taken into consideration: functional requirements, safety requirements for machinery CE conformity and ergonomic solutions such as to meet the best results possible in terms of microclimate, visibility and comfort for operators.

The design of our control rooms places the user’s needs at the forefront in order to maintain operators’ efficiency during supervision activities.
