In the last two years, the application of robots in industrial processes has grown a lot mainly due to their versatility of use.
Fiat has invested 3 billion Reais (about 1.3 billion Euros) for the realization of a new factory in the Portuario di Suape Industrial Complex, in the State of Pernambuco Brazil. The guard fencing system implemented in this plant is a special Accessafe project.
Accessafe guard fencing systems are designed and engineered according to the EN 13849-1 and eliminate the possibility of faulted parts as a consequence of an emergency stop.
