Construction and Upgrading of Safety Electrical Panels and Control Systems
We provide integrated solutions for the design and construction of new electrical panels, as well as for the functional and regulatory upgrading of existing safety electrical and control cabinets, ensuring high safety standards, operational reliability, and full compliance with European directives and relevant international standards.
We design and manufacture certified safety electrical panels, developed with architectures based on Safety PLCs, programmable modules, and electromechanical safety logics, also handling installation, testing, and commissioning phases. Our projects comply with the requirements of the Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC and harmonized sector standards, including EN ISO 13849-1/-2, IEC 62061, and IEC 60204-1. Solutions can be integrated into safety upgrades for machines and plants or provided as customized safety systems.
We carry out revamping interventions on cabinets and control systems, updating hardware and software components and aligning them with current regulatory standards. Following a preliminary technical analysis, activities can be performed either at the customer’s production site or in our equipped facilities.
We also offer a scheduled maintenance service, aimed at maintaining safety performance and reliability of the systems over time, ensuring operational continuity and reducing the risk of plant downtime.

Verification of Equipotential Circuits
The safety of electrical systems is an essential requirement, especially for machines and electrical panels that must comply with strict regulatory standards. Through our equipotential circuit verification service, we ensure systems comply with the requirements of IEC/EN 60204-1 and IEC/EN 61439-1-2, fully meeting functional safety requirements.
Checks are carried out using certified and multifunctional instrumentation, compliant with international metrological standards and capable of covering the full range of tests required by regulations. This allows us to validate the continuity of the equipotential protection circuit and to perform advanced tests, such as dielectric strength up to 5100 V, earth resistance measurement, and verification of protection against indirect contact.
The diagnostic activity also allows us to:
- verify the efficiency of residual current devices (RCDs);
- measure insulation resistance up to 1000 V;
- detect leakage current;
- check the coordination of hermal-magnetic protection and fuses;
- monitor advanced operating parameters such as phase sequence, residual voltage on capacitive elements, and overall system performance through direct functional tests.
At the end of the activities, a technical test report is issued, documenting in a traceable manner all tests performed, measured parameters and compliant results with respect to regulatory limits. The document serves as an official reference for system validation and highlights any non-conformities and corrective actions to be taken.
In this way, we guarantee a complete, objective, and regulatory-compliant assessment, supporting the customer in all phases of safety and certifying their electrical systems.

Stop timing Testing
o ensure operator safety and compliance with current regulatory requirements, it is essential to carry out periodic checks and functional tests on protective devices, in accordance with EN ISO 13855.
This provision applies to all safety devices within the scope of the standard, including: light curtains, laser scanners, safety radars, optical and capacitive sensors, safety mats and edges, as well as other equivalent systems designed to protect operators from hazardous areas.
The service includes:
-
- the identification and classification of each safety function present on the machine or system;
- instrumental measurement of the actual stopping time, performed with certified and calibrated equipment according to metrological standards;
- calculation and verification of the correct positioning of protective devices with respect to the hazardous area, in accordance with the criteria defined by EN ISO 13855;
- drafting of a technical verification report, complete with results, assessments, and any recommendations for corrective or improvement actions.
The outcome of these activities provides the customer with an objective, traceable, and standards-compliant assessment, ensuring full legislative compliance and a high level of safety for operators.

Survey and Drafting of Electrical Diagrams
We offer a professional service for the survey and design of electrical diagrams, an essential activity to ensure order, traceability, and safety in industrial plants.
Through detailed inspections and, if necessary, the use of measuring instruments, we are able to accurately reconstruct the functional status of existing systems.
The result is formalized in complete and updated technical documentation, including functional, circuit, and interconnection diagrams, compliant with IEC/EN 60204-1, IEC/EN 61439-1/-2, and functional safety guidelines according to EN ISO 13849-1/-2.
Electrical diagrams are a fundamental tool for preventive and corrective maintenance, as well as for any future modifications or upgrades, enabling quick, safe interventions fully compliant with applicable regulatory standards. Furthermore, the produced documentation allows for compliance with traceability and technical audit requirements demanded by industry regulations and certifications.
