Comp-line Range
The Comp-line range machine guards is designed to meet the highest safety and hygiene standards in the food, chemical and pharmaceutical industries.
Available in AISI 304 stainless steel and AISI 316 Class 1 pickled stainless steel, are tested to withstand impacts up to 1600 J, ensuring safety and durability even in the most demanding environments.
The hygienic design minimizes the risk of contamination, promoting a safe and clean production environment. The Machine guards are specifically designed to withstand frequent washdowns and resist the cleaning agents commonly used in food and pharmaceutical industries.

TECHNICAL FEATURES
The Comp-line Range mesh guards, made of stainless steel with 3 mm vertical wire and 4 mm horizontal wire, consist of modular panels offering maximum flexibility in height and width, adapting precisely to any installation requirement.
- Width: panels available in standard 1000 mm or 2000 mm versions, adjustable every 20 mm for precise fitting.
- Height: modular system up to 3000 mm, with a 130 mm floor clearance.
- Post: closed profile 40 × 40 mm with welded base, 2 mm thick; standard versions of 2000 mm or 2400 mm, extendable in 100 mm increments up to 3000 mm.
The modular design allows on-site adjustments, ensuring perfect integration into any layout.
No horizontal surfaces to gather dust or dirt result in hygienic and easy to clean machine guarding.
Additional bends across the fence increase the strength of each module and improve safety for productionline workers.
All fence modules are adjustable in width for every 20 mm which makes it possible to adjust the machine guarding precisely on-site.
Achieve full adaptability with bendable brackets that can be adjusted to 45° or 90° with simple tools on-site during fitting.
All joints are made with flange bolts and traceable spacers with an easily recognizable blue color to ensure optimal hygienic assembly.
Optional threaded rods for raising posts off the floor to increase cleanability as well as compensate for sloping floors in wet environments.
