Accessafe GuardaCAD
Design your machine guarding layout independently and speed up the quoting process
GuardaCAD, the smart version of the design software used by our Technical Office, is based on Autodesk® technology and can combine more than 10,000 Accessafe products — panels, posts, doors and accessories — to create the ideal layout for your safety requirements.
Through a user-friendly interface, you can draw the perimeter of the guarding using products selected from the Accessafe catalogue. The output is a high-quality 3D rendering of the layout in AutoCAD and STEP formats, accompanied by the bill of materials.
Once the design is complete, you can proceed in several ways:
- Connect to the myAccess e-commerce platform and load the cart using the generated file, to complete the purchase independently.
- Send the project to the Accessafe Technical Office to request any customisations: the file is fully compatible with the applications used by our engineers.
- Export the file with the bill of materials and pricing for further processing or manual use.

GuardaCAD Software
GuardaCAD is a stand-alone application based on Autodesk® technology and runs on Windows PCs; the interface is in English. Once installed, GuardaCAD runs as a 30-day trial, subject to registration.
At the end of the trial period, users may purchase an annual licence under commercial terms available on request from Accessafe.
