Hinged, sliding, vertical and high-speed roller doors, manual or automatic.
In machine guarding, the access point is where the guarding meets everyday work: operators and maintenance staff go in through it, and materials pass through it. Our machine guarding doors combine two needs: the safety of the guarding and the smooth flow of work.
On request, they can be fitted with brackets for safety switches and interlocks, according to the required Performance Level (PLr) of the safety function, in line with EN ISO 13849-1 on safety-related parts of control systems.
Horizontally opening doors
For pedestrian access, pallet trucks or forklifts with bulky loads, our hinged and sliding doors offer clear openings of up to 7 metres. In the versions without a top crossbar or guides, they leave the passage free at floor level and overhead: no track for the forklift to cross, nothing in the way of tall loads.

Vertical doors
For loading and unloading machine cells and moving materials from one area to another, our vertical doors offer clear openings of up to 3,900 mm and are available with electromechanical, pneumatic or manual operation. As they rise, they keep the space around the access point clear and, in the automatic versions, the safety edge stops the door on contact.

For access points that open constantly, on production lines and in warehouse flows, our high-speed roller doors are designed for continuous industrial use, with short cycle times. They open and close without slowing down work, with a limit switch compliant with EN ISO 13849-1.
