Access framed or frameless steel safety guards are developed following three essential criteria: flexibility, speed and respect of safety requirements listed in the Machinery Directive 2006/42/CE and harmonised standards UNI EN ISO 14120:2015, UNI EN ISO 13857:2008.

Access safety guards are manufactured to guarantee machinery safety and work area safety. They are manufactured with selected materials which guarantee the required safety standard and increase production efficiency.

All Access machinery guard systems are certified by a third body to conform with UNI EN ISO 14120:2015 standard and have passed the strictest impact tests.

Panels

Framed and frameless panels for the safety guarding of machinery and work area segregation, manufactured respecting the safety requirements provided in the Machinery Directive 2006/42/CE. All panels undergo epoxy coating in our production factory with the RAL colour chosen by customer.

Posts

With welded or adjustable base, available in tubular section 40×40 and 60×60, posts are compatible with all Access panel series. Post- panel fast fixing with retained fastening. All posts undergo epoxy coating in our production factory with the RAL colour chosen by customer.

Doors

A complete range of swing doors, vertical opening sliding doors, opposing and horizontal opening doors, manual and automated doors with openings up to 7 metres compatible with sensor systems, interlocking systems and electro-locking systems to control access points.

Accessories

To complete our safety solutions, Access has studied a range of accessories which allow to solve assembly issues on-site and integrate the perimeter safety guards with sensors and support components.

Inox range

These safety guards are realised with AISI 304 stainless steel and have been designed to meet machinery safety requirements in the chemical, pharmaceutical and food industries guaranteeing the high standards required by the UNI EN ISO 1672-1:2014 standard.

Full assistance during assembly operations of the safety guards and access point doors on-site.

Access completes the safety solution with design and installation of the functional safety with safety switches, photoelectric barriers, radar and laser scanners controlled by safety management panels interconnected with production lines and machinery.

Assembly at our factory of doors, locking systems, pre-cabled electrical components ready for on-site installation which guarantees significant time saving.

On-site check of correct functioning of all safety components installed and planning of substitution guards and components which are no longer adequate.

CERTIFICATIONS

All our safety guard systems are CE certified and have been designed and manufactured in conformity with UNI EN ISO 14120:2015, UNI EN ISO 13857:2020 – TUV NORD standards. Access is the only company worldwide to have a welding certification conformant with UNI EN ISO 3834-3 – ICIM.
